Apple Nabs Fast Data Transfer Patent
Apple patents are usually a source of intrigue, but a new patent for faster wired data transfer left me scratching my head. HTC ThunderBolt Gives iPhone 4 A Run For Its Money
To some (Apple fans) it might be a surprise. Others (everyone else) might just call it logic. The fact, however, remains that the Thunderbolt - HTC's latest powerhouse of a phone has been outselling the iPhone 4 in a significant number of Verizon Wireless latest locations according to data, compiled by a team of analysts at BTIG.
Out of a 150 Verizon Wireless stores, 61% have reported evenly distributed sales between the two devices, 285 claim to have sold more Thunderbolts, and the rest have claimed the iPhone as the winner.
Verizon Wireless executives must be nothing short of thrilled by the solid reception of HTC's latest large screen offering.
