Next-gen iPhone Will Have An 8 MP OmniVision Camera, No LTE

The rumor mill is churning up new speculations of the next-gen iPhone camera. The upcoming iDevice could very well end up with an OmniVision camera, instead of the previously rumored Sony snapper. Also an LTE-enabled iPhone is unlikely to hit the market in 2011 due to low interest and the slow growth of the LTE networks.

Sony Welcome Back Campaign Means Free PSP & PS3 Games

There may not be a cure for a broken heart, but a leaked credit card number is a horse of an altogether different colour. Sony for their part seem to think two games per compromised account ought to do the job nicely and while you would not expect people having their personal info stolen and their multiplayer service shut down for almost a month to forgive and forget just like that, go read the comments on the PlayStation Blog announcing the deal for a primer on the human capacity to forgive.

Sony Still Working On Restoring The PlayStation Network

Sony has releases more details about the PlayStation Network on their blog, and the company has announced that they are still working to restore services to the PSN. According to the latest announcement, Sony are working to confirm the security of the network infrastructure, and also still working with a number of outside companies to confirm the security of the system.

Sony May Be Facing Third Attack Over Weekend

By now, if you are PlayStation 3 owner and habitual PSN user you are either contemplating a life without multiplayer, elbow deep in some sort of Hamachi installation/ ingenious tunelling sceheme or busy getting the hang of Halo on your new Xbox while wincing at the occasional pang of guilt and flashback of your PS3 going in the pawn shop window.
