Almost six full months after it was announced, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 still is not available to buy anywhere. But it does now feel like there's some progress being made towards this tablet's release. In the US of A, Best Buy has started taking pre-orders for the Galaxy Tab 10.1's smaller sibling.
