Samsung is going release a special version of the Star II, part of the Duos series. The device, oddly enough, will be available only in Russia and, as the name suggests, it has Dual SIM functionality.

Samsung Launches Star II S5260 Mobile Phone In India
We had already seen the Star II about three months back so seeing the Star's successor make it out this month is not surprising. The smartphone, also called the S5260, has some decent specifications for the price it's being offered at.
