Verizon Droid Charge On Sale For $249.99 On Amazon

The Samsung Droid Charge is Verizon's latest addition to its LTE roster. It retails for $299.99 on a new two year contract or $569.99 with no contract commitment, but you can knock off $50 off the contract price if you choose to buy the Droid Charge through Amazon Wireless.

If you are unfamiliar with the Droid Charge, it sports a 1GHz Humminbird processor, Android 2.2 with Touchwiz 3.0, LTE mobile hot spot, 8 MP rear and 1.3 MP front facing camera and 2GB internal memory. The best features of the device are the 4.3 inch Super-AMOLED PLUS (800 x 480) display, improved battery life and the 4G LTE speeds.
If you are a Verizon customer and are interested in a 4G device, but are concerned about the poor battery life of the HTC Thunderbolt and do not mind shelling out the extra dough, the Droid Charge may be for you. This is a pretty good deal for a recently released device and you get free two day shipping.
