Dell Alienware m18x And Alienware m14x Gaming Laptops Coming 19 April

Dell is getting ready to launch it's Alienware m18x and Alienware m14x gaming laptops, we has learnt. While eagle-eyed visitors to the Dell Alienware site will already spot a number of holding pages for both products, we has been told that the two new state-of-the-art gaming laptops will be announced on Tuesday 19 April - that's next week.

We can also confirm that the announcement will come via a live video stream on the company's Alienwarearena.com web site for all to watch, rather than just the press.
Visitors to the official Alienware fan site are teased with the words:
"You have heard the rumours. Discover the truth".
Clicking on the phrase takes you through to a sign up page that say it will alert you to when that's going to be. Our sources say that will be early next week.
Rumors of the launch of the new devices have been circling the Internet and reached fever pitch earlier in the week after Dell's Canadian site put up product pages for two new laptops ahead of schedule.
Specs for the M18x show that it will feature NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 460M, 4GB of RAM, a 320GB hard drive and a 2.8GHz Core i7 CPU for around $2,000. Upgrade options include as much as a 3.4GHz processor, 8GB RAM and 750GB hard drive for those wanting to run Crysis without fear of stutter.
We contacted Dell in the UK, but no one was available for comment.
UPDATE: Well, what would you know - Dell has just sent us an email saying that there will be an announcement on Tuesday.
