Gigabyte's new S1080 10.1 inch Windows 7 tablet is now available to pre-order in the US. The new S1080 has been designed for high-end professional use, while also being perfect for multimedia enjoyment say Gigabyte.
The S1080 is equipped with an Intel Atom Dual Core N570 Processor 1.66GHz supported by 2GB DDR3 Memory. Its fitted with a 10.1 inch capacitive LED multi-touch panel 1024 x 600, 320GB Hard Drive, 1 x USB 3.0 Interface, High-Speed 802.11n & Bluetooth V3.0 for connectivity and comes preloaded with Windows 7 Home Premium.
The Gigabyte S1080 tablet also comes equipped with a 1.3 megapixel webcam and hot keys down the side of the device designed to provide quick access to the keyboard and scroll up and down buttons to make web browsing faster.
