Microsoft announced two couple of months ago that the next version of Windows Phone, codenamed 'Mango', had been finalized, yet no devices running earlier versions of the system have officially obtained 'Mango'. Thankfully, officially HTC ROMs have been leaked and made their way onto the Internet, enabling users of the HTC HD7 to run 'Mango' right now, one day after a similar ROM file was leaked for the HTC 7 Mozart.

Fujitsu Toshiba Announce World's First Mango Phone

Fujitsu Toshiba mobile communications has announced the world's first Mango phone. Their new IS12T is the first Windows Phone 7 device to be launched in Japan and comes with Windows Phone OS 7.5 Mango pre-installed.
