Close on the heels of Nokia announcing a pink N8, HTC is rumoured to be working on a women-only phone. Codenamed Bliss, the phone is reported to come in greenish hue and will pack Google's popular Android OS.
According to a report in This is my next, Bliss will be like any typical HTC device with looks inspired from Desire S and the Desire Z. As for the specs, the phone will sport a camera on the back, however, it is not clear if there will be a front-facing camera for video calls. The phone will come pre-installed with some women-focused apps such as a shopping comparison app and a calorie counter.
The women only phone is also said to be high on accessories, with the report claiming that Bliss will come with a wireless charging dock with built-in speakers. The phone will also be able to switch to alarm mode when set it down on the charging pad.
The phone will reportedly come with a "charm indicator", which hangs off the phone by a loop of wire. This cube-shaped extension reportedly lights up to show new messages and missed calls.
The phone is expected to come with a square-shaped speaker with voice recognition which can also be attached to the visor of a car for hands-free operation. The phone will also come with a matching Bluetooth headset.
