Google is adding a video chat capabilities to Android phones, the Internet searche giant revealed on its mobile blog. Google Talk with video and voice chat will allow users to video chat from their phones with other Google Talk users.
The calls can be answered from either a phone, computer or tablet device. Placing a call requires a 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi connection and support for 3G and 4G calling varies by carrier.
Android version 2.3+ is required and the new feature will be included in the 2.3.4 update, says Google. Watch the video below from Google for more details.
