Samsung Silently Launches 4GB Galaxy SL In India

You know Samsung likes to brag about everything it launches on the market around the world. The Galaxy Tab 10.1" and the Galaxy S II wwre aggressively marketed, for example. So its really a surprise we did not hear anything about the 4GB version for the Galaxy S that we just saw on the Indian company's website.

Samsung Galaxy S, said to be most successful smartphone of 2010 has a price tag of Rs 28,000 in India. Super AMOLED screen being the main reason behind its expensive price. So, Samsung launched LCD version of Galaxy S in Indian Market.
Nothing else has really changed in terms of the hardware of the Galaxy S. The new bit is that its internal memory has been recued to 4GB. Well, luckily the microSD card slot is still here, supporting up to 32GB card. By this you can still get some extra storage if you run out of meomory at some time.
Rumour in the market was that Samsung went out of stock for Super AMOLED screen and hence Samsung Galaxy S i9000 manufacturing stopped. This is a good move by Samsung to bring cheaper version of same model with LCD screen.
Price of this one will be on higher side but let's see how the Dual Core Phone Market goes.
